The Project

Telegraph were thrilled to work with 74 on this brand new luxurious rental community in the heart of Birmingham city centre.

Telegraph provided all the loose furniture for the generous co-living space which is set over three levels, which included co-working spaces, meeting facilities, dedicated social spaces, a gaming room & a private dining room.

74 designed a sophisticated neutral palette to create a light & airy space, so to reflect that, oak table tops, soft beige table bases & accents of warm timber on the chair legs complement the soft tones of the entire scheme.

Pops of rust & contrasting blue tones were chosen for the upholstery to create an inviting, well balanced palette throughout.

To create welcoming seating areas we installed plush armchairs & sofas, & we created bespoke low stools for that extra level of style & comfort. We also made bespoke beech wood benches, upholstered in durable faux leather to enable residents to socialise, eat, drink & play games together!
